The Unnoticeable
Kia ora, Today is the first post of the term. The first post will be a story named The Unnoticeable. Enjoy and leave comments!
She had spent so long with only the birds for company. Mesmerised by their beauty, Lila would gaze at them for hours on end, in awe of their weightlessness as they fluttered their wings and rose up; free from the confines of the cage. Perhaps it was because she had watched them so carefully. Perhaps it was because she had wished hard to be as free as they looked when she opened the catch on their tiny prison door. She wasn’t sure why, but one day Lila Mill with the birds as they flew. Little did she know what would happen to her next…
Lila Mill started to fly with the birds and had the cage with her. It was as if the birds were drifting her into a word of the unseen.
But the birds dropped her and she was knocked out for 3 months. Her body was out of shape. Miss Mill (Lila) waited there for one part of her body to move but nothing did. The doctors were worried about how lila was going to survive.
She had been sitting there for years. she woke up terrified. Lila Mill ran as fast as she could back to her fancy house. She finally found the address but her house was destroyed. Miss Lila said to herself “ I-i should have woken up earlier. My house is gone”..
Miss Lila Mill went back to the hospital and tried to make it like it was her home. She put a few pictures of her parents and her on the walls, She put a table and some chairs as a dinner table, a desk and a chair with a computer to learn more things, And last but not least her backup pet cat and Her closet full of her clothing.
Lila had been living in her little mini hospital room for several years. And has not noticed what actually has happened to her. Can you guess?
One night Lila got bored and decided to go to the park that she grew up in but she did not want meet people who mention things about birds. She thought that they were rude and mean even gross after what happened to her. She started to think about waterfalls and jungles, Lila hopped onto a swing and started swinging.
When it was about midnight Lila shrunk when she hopped off the swing. When Lila looked down at her feet… They were gone. As she was wonder how her legs disappeared Lila said to herself “wait a minute a-am I a GHOST!?”. A few minutes after she said that she was a ghost It all made sense to her.
Lila remembered that the birds dropped her and she woke up several years later, But something confused her. Where was her body if she is a ghost… That keeped her wondering how is she dead, Was Lila wrong about the birds, Did Lila shrink because she forgot to eat food. Or did someone murder Lila…. What do think?
Until the Next story.
